At Forge Aluminium, we’re dedicated to providing top-quality products and services to our customers. We understand that circumstances can change & you may need to cancel your order. To help with this, we’ve established a cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within 7 days of invoice: If you need to cancel your order within 7 days from the invoice date and a deposit has been paid, a charge of 10% of the Initial Fee will apply. This fee accounts for administrative costs and the resources allocated to your project, as we may have delayed other jobs during this time.
If you cancel after 2 weeks of the deposit being received, 50% of the deposit will be retained. This is to cover administrative time, planning, and the potential ordering of materials. Additionally, your project slot would have been secured and aligned specifically for you, impacting scheduling for other clients.
Cancellation after manufacturing has begun: If you choose to cancel after production has commenced, you will be liable for a charge equal to 100% of the initial deposit paid. Please note that a deposit of 50% is required to secure any project, reflecting the materials purchased and labour costs incurred.

How to Submit Cancellations: Please inform us in writing via email at forgeally.gc@gmail.com or contact our Admin Team on 0413 702 105 to initiate your cancellation.
Refund Processing: Any applicable fees will be deducted from the Initial Fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your nominated account within 10-15 business days.
Exceptions: Please be aware that custom orders may have different cancellation terms.

By accepting a tailored quote or paying a deposit, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement to this cancellation policy.

Our warranty policy is designed to give you confidence in the quality and durability of our products. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our trays & canopies to offer a comprehensive warranty to protect against structural defects under normal usage conditions.

1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 10-year structural warranty on all trays & canopies manufactured by Forge Aluminium.
This warranty covers structural defects in materials and workmanship, including welds, joints, and frame integrity.

2. Terms and Conditions

The warranty applies only when the product is used and maintained correctly.
Not following these guidelines may void the warranty.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover defects resulting from:

Misuse or improper use outside of the intended purpose
Neglect or inadequate maintenance of the product
Use of accessories not manufactured by Forge Aluminium
Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations
External factors such as accidents, extreme weather conditions, vandalism, or other environmental impacts
if the vehicle has recently been involved in an accident resulting in damage to Forge Aluminium products
General wear and tear that occurs with normal use over time
Repairs or modifications not performed by Forge Aluminium
Damage caused by improper installation or installation by third parties
Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, pollutants, or other harmful substances
The warranty applies only to the original owner of the tray or canopy. Transfer of the warranty to new owners is possible. However, must be approved by Forge Aluminium following an inspection of the product's condition.
Third-party items such as fuel fillers, hinges, powder coating, locks etc. are not covered as they are not structural components made by Forge Aluminium. We can assist in ordering new parts if needed and can install them at the customer's expense.

3. Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect, please notify us within the warranty period.
Claims must be submitted in writing at forgeally.gc@gmail.com and include proof of purchase, along with a detailed description of the defect.
We reserve the right to inspect the product to verify the defect and determine eligibility for coverage.

4. Warranty Remedies

If we confirm a structural defect covered by the warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product at no charge to you, including any necessary parts and labour.
Forge Aluminium shall not be liable for any expenses related to hire vehicles or any downtime resulting from product repairs.

5. Transferability

The warranty applies only to the original owner of the tray or canopy. Transfer of the warranty to new owners is possible. However, must be approved by Forge Aluminium following an inspection of the product's condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

Forge Aluminium shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product supplied.
Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts or products as outlined here.

7. Policy Updates

This warranty policy may be updated occasionally at our discretion.
